Isn't Radon a washing powder?

Hi Fergal, an additional comment from The Radon Centre - Radon Gas causes lung cancer. We have eliminated high radon in 4 houses in the last year where someone in the house died from lung cancer - a stark reminder even to us.

Eugene Monahan

Hi Fergal, glad to hear your home is OK radonwise. You are now spending at least half of your day in a radon free environment! What about the other half? Ask your employer if he or she has cheked your workplace for radon. By law all employers must protect their employees from radon in the work place. And you can tell the boss that like the home it is simple and inexpensive to test. It's also straight-forward and inexpensive to treat a home or workplace if it has a radon problem. So tell your friends and loved ones not to forget about the workplace when it comes to radon.
Eugene.
